B-Fit Personal Training

Personal Trainer Denver - Noelle BrownsonI’m Noelle Brownson, CSCS – Welcome to B-FIT!

Beginning my career in 1990, I have over 20 years of experience as an educated, degreed, and certified fitness professional.

My clients cover a spectrum of ages and fitness levels. Through functional assessment and analysis, I create the best exercises for each client to improve overall movement and strength.

Why work with me?

Denver Strength TrainingExercise isn’t a “one size fits all” endeavor.  Everyone’s body moves differently. Injury, genetics, disease, muscle imbalances, stress, hours spent at a desk, and more all affect our movement.

With me you will learn which exercises will benefit your body the most.

Together we will develop programming and strategies that will enable you to safely maintain a high level of activity and overall health for years to come.

Quality Training for Many Budgets

Denver Vitality TrainerIt is my goal to make my knowledge and services available to different budgets.

Some one on one clients work with me multiple days a week while others work with me once a week or once a month or even once a quarter. Less frequency simply means you complete more workouts on your own, armed with the workout I’ve written for you.

I also offer semi-personal training which is an economical way to enjoy the benefits of regularly scheduled personal training sessions.

Work Hard, Have Fun!

Denver Balance TrainerI will push you as hard as I think you can safely work.  With the variety of exercises and the camaraderie with others in the gym, the time will fly by!

In my career, I’ve had the pleasure of working with people of many different fitness levels and abilities.

Denver breathing trainerI am comfortable working with people of all ages, fitness levels, those rehabbing from injuries, those with disabilities, as well as those simply wanting to improve their fitness.

My 3-dimensional approach to your fitness programming will keep you challenged no matter where you start.

  1. Hi Noelle,

My name is Sasha, I’m a 33-year-old woman and in “ok” shape. I stopped working out with a personal trainer after 2 years last November because of a hectic work schedule and an inability to commit to appointments. I live in the Stapleton area.

Currently, I’m running to train for a 5k and hoping to get back into weightlifting. I’m having trouble at the gym with weights – I know how to do the movements, but don’t know how to combine them to maximize my time in the gym, and how often I should do what.

I’m looking for a trainer who would be willing to meet me once/month to help me come up with a strength training program and monitor results. Is that a feasible idea, and if so, something you could provide?

    Thanks for your time,
    Sasha Andrews
